Really good Hotel Experience
convenient access clean room early check-in good breakfast
The location provides convenient access to local attractions. I found the rooms to be clean and well kept. The hotel offered early check-in, beneficial after a long flight. Breakfast featured a satisfying range of options. The hotel is nearby different attractions, such as Nizami Street which is about 15 minutes by walk.
I requested extra blankets from the front desk. I received only one.

The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Mirza and Hussian provided exemplary service, always attentive to guest needs. Staff offered assistance with directions and local recommendations.

The hotel gym has several machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. The breakfast had many options and tasted great.
The air conditioning turned off randomly. I had to contact reception EACH time to have it fixed. I could hear everything from the adjacent room, it.

the breakfast had a wide range of foods. the staff was very polite. i found the rooms to be very quiet. (it was a nice surprise!)
the room was far. it was disappointing the room had lights on all the time. the fire extinguisher flashed all night in the dark, i couldn't switch it off.

faulty air conditioning mold presence
the air conditioning in our beautiful guest room queen bed garden view balcony, wasn't working properly. i contact reception and they say assistance could be provided over the phone, but the controls were in russian. an engineer eventually came and cleaned the filters. the room still failed to cool and no one come to recheck it. it made for a uncomfortable night, also the bathrooms, needed better cleaning, the black mold in the shower area wasn't a pretty sight, overall service, cold staff

poor service faulty air conditioning
The hotel location was adequate for accessing nearby attractions.
The front desk service was substandard, exhibiting a lack of attentiveness. I requested extra towels that never arrived. I had to call three times to get them. There was also a persistent issue with the room's air conditioning. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
